Forming 117

No new ep this week. I’m working on my final board for Adventure Time season 4 and I don’t want it to cut into my vacation. Will be back to normal starting next week. 8 Week vacayyyyy. Gonna see the folks, record a new album with Make A Rising, work on a show pitch with my brother, and keep up with Forming of course.

Back in the early days of Forming, reader Mike Banas made a little spinning cycle of my cone hatted man (from Backwards Folding Mirror). It was cool so I asked if he wanted to do a Forming promo. I gave him a few drawings to go off of, and 2 years later he got around to doing it! I was going to put some music to it, but I don’t have Final Cut on my computer. Anyway it’s pretty fun. Thanks Mike!!

I dig the hand paintedness.
Even though this isn’t an anime it reminds me of the animes that were once hand painted.
Now everything is digital.

@Vladimir – thanks man. Ako and I were especially proud of that one. Working on it was pretty intense, not knowing if it was going to be funny or not. Also we were worried that it was too over the top, but when we got the animatic back we were pretty psyched.
