Thank you for hanging with this story since January 2009. When I started work on the last page, my body seemed to try to put me out of commission as if to say, &#8220;No I never want to finish this. This is my identity. It should go on forever. I&#8217;m gonna give you a fever and put you in bed.&#8221; I woke up the next day and banged out the final page. Up until the last minute I&#8217;d been debating a completely different ending but I believe this version aligns with the aspirations I have as I get older if that makes sense. Keep an eye out for the print version. I still have to speak to my publisher about whether they want to put it out. This volume is about 7 years late from when I thought I could originally deliver it. But there were things I needed to experience in my life to figure out this third act.
