General composition of this card is similar to the Devil, with the angel making a similar face, but this time less mocking. Its eyes aren\u2019t crossed but look forward to you. The man and woman are like the imps but unbound and in prayer position. The woman still monitoring the man as he continues to wonder at the heavens, like he did as a child in the Sun card. Their unformed garden wall has become a complex adult mind\u2026 convoluted by the grayness of material life. Perhaps the spirit is their prayers manifest, merging into their androgynous self; rising to the call of the 9 tiered horn to complete the Fool\u2019s journey. The 9 is completed by the angel\u2019s halo to make 10: the Tree of Life. The song blasts out of a cross (+) which symbolizes | Life and &#8211; Death or | Spirit and &#8211; Matter or | Absolute Memory and &#8211; Absolute Forgetting.
