To truly understand the delusion of having achieved the Great Work, one must confront the reality of their shadow self. This is why I find social media influencer types to be the lowest people on our planet. They portray the idea of having unlocked the key to existence through disposable memes and unearned misrepresentation of \u201cliving their best life\u201d. These people represent the world of half-knowledge (the half cube) dominating their spirit (the oval) and the unwillingness to release their loose hanging bondage. The inverted star is the Fool submitting to his dark primordial mind (black floor). The torch illuminates a way to the surface through the radical honesty of the Devil\u2019s mocking face.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>There was a lot to say for this card that I couldn&#8217;t fit in the booklet format.
