We got the surprising news that Frederator is still trying to make things happen with Manly, especially after their recent success with Castlevania (on Netflix), and the changing landscape of streaming cartoons. So we collectively decided to put together a new pitch for Netflix, and FXX in the form of an 8-10 episode arc, based on what we&#8217;d previously written, only more expanded (the early iteration was intended as 3 minute episodes, these would be 11 minute).<\/p>\n<p>So I&#8217;m currently making a series of illustrations to accompany the episode outlines, so people can visualize the concept heavy plot. We&#8217;re going to try pitching this thing before Thanksgiving. We thought they&#8217;d lost interest since they weren&#8217;t returning our emails for a month, but apparently they&#8217;re just swamped with lawyers and contracts right now. So we&#8217;re sitting on that until they give us the green light.<\/p>\n<p>My life for the past year and 1\/2 has been all about waiting and then moving at the right time.
