I became frustrated with how limited my interpretation felt and how I was essentially doing only a slight reboot of the surface elements of the Marseille. I wanted my personal understanding to come further to the forefront of these illustrations. So I took a step back from developing the deck and entered into the process you&#8217;ve been following in my blog. <\/p>\n<p>I started my in-depth research of the Tower card today and the progression of the Lovers through the Devil, out of the underworld\/limbo via divine truth is becoming apparent. I was receiving conflicting messages about the Tower being a meditation on punishment and confusion (Babel), vs. freedom and knowledge. I&#8217;m siding with freedom and knowledge.
