It&#8217;s an idealization rather than a representation of human experience. I like his positive interpretation of &#8220;Whoso taketh the sword shall perish by the sword&#8221; as an allegory for the sharpening and cutting away of our convoluted identities.   <\/p>\n<p>Sorry for the slowing down of my output. Since returning to LA, everyone and their cousin wants to hang out.
